Even if your relationship is the best, splitting up with your loved one hampers your lifestyle dramatically. It has repercussions on family, friends, you and everyone around you. For some of us, it really does go down bad and it takes a lot of time to get back to normal life. The majority of people around us have had a breakup once or twice on an average and when that happens you find ways to overcome that emotional stress.

Breaking up with your partner is worse and here’s how to overcome that stress:

1. Accept the feelings

We know it takes a lot of courage to realize that you’ve been dumped and it is worse than death. ┬áThe key is to accept the feeling as it is and atleast for couple of days allow it to flow and cry as much as you can. But after those days, don’t give a damn about it.


2. Cut of the contact

Solitude is underrated. Sometimes some me time works. You need to chill and to chill, you need some lone time. No texts, no calls, no emails or social media. Just cut yourself from the world and allow yourself some time to cool off. Think about all the reasons why did the breakup happen in the first place.
